It's 1983 and I'm still in High School. I started working with my Father who was a Used Car Manager for Cobbledick Buick in Shaker Hts as a lot porter. After graduation, I took on a full-time role with the dealership allowing me to work in Service/Parts/Body shop/New & Used Cars. Ultimately began my career in Sales. In 1993 I started at Klaben Ford. I was able to build a strong customer base and moved up to a management role in the leasing department. In 2005 I moved across the street to Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I found the change exciting that has now led me to be a store manager. I’ve been with Klaben Auto Stores for over 25 years. A family-owned store completely committed to 100% customer satisfaction involved with our local communities, I’ll be here for another 25 years, God willing. Very Pleased Great group at Klablen CJDR. We called ahead to see if the vehicle was still available and that we wanted to take a look at it later that afternoon. Great group at Klablen CJDR. When we arrived, the vehicle was shined up, clean and waiting in the front parking spot for us. Gilbert was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and I would recommend him every time. He was so good, we are going back to him later this week to lease a RAM. Great Job Klaben Crew More

Very positive experience with Klaben My family had been pressing me to replace my 2012 Dodge Caravan with 94,000 plus miles with which I was very comfortable. I agreed to go to Klaben si My family had been pressing me to replace my 2012 Dodge Caravan with 94,000 plus miles with which I was very comfortable. I agreed to go to Klaben since I was familiar with their service department. The first contact we had was Gil Perrin. He was very friendly and most understanding that I needed information about purchase or lease options and features of both the caravan or other choices. He was very patient and thoroughly answered my questions. I wanted a back up screen and side mirror warning of close vehicles. That left out the Caravan. We moved to the Pacifica. He offered a test drive, which I originally declined, but he had heard me say earlier that I did not want a black vehicle, so he took me to look at a Pacifica nearly the same gray of the Caravan I had. We then talked again a test drive and with my son-in -law agreeing with Gil that a test drive would convince me whether or not I liked the vehicle, I drove the car. That closed the deal. I loved the feel of the car and could see the road almost as good as the Caravan. That left all the paperwork and the option of leasing seemed most practical for me. Gil worked out the details. He was great with everything. He offered to help me learn all the new electronics I am not familiar with and is still doing so. He turned me over to Brian Franklin who very efficient and handled everything while the car was being detailed so I could drive it home. I had arranged with Gil to bring my Caravan title in first thing Monday and he was going to put my cell phone information in the Pacifica. Gil had an emergency Monday and I don't recall the person who stepped in and did that for me. He was most accommodating. Everyone I have encountered at Klaben has been first rate. Gil again yesterday helped me with adjusting to some of the technical features. One additional comment which has nothing to do with Klaben. This Pacifica came with Yokohama tires. I have never in my life driven on anything but Goodyear tires. When I started working at Goodyear in 1955, I bought a 1951 Hudson equipped with Goodyear retreads for $500. All my vehicles since have had Goodyear tires. This is a first for a long time Goodyear employee and current retiree. More
