Since this was my sons first car purchase Gary made sure he understood every step in the process and went over all the vehicle information and details of the service plan we purchased. Even though they were extremely busy because of the warm weather we were experiencing in February and we had to wait a bit to sign our papers Gary made us feel at home and sat and waited with us...really felt his appreciation and care for his customers and Kim got us in and out quickly while still explaining everything thoroughly and answering all our questions. I worked with Steve Stephens (GM) and Justin Bolen who made the entire process a wonderful experience. They were very informative and worked diligently to accommodate my needs. They made sure that I was well aware of the purchase and lease options I was considering. They gave me paperwork and details to consider for a couple days so that I could make an informed decision. After purchasing, Justin walked me through every step of setting up my new car tailored and customized to my liking. He even followed up with me via text the evening of making my purchase by sending me pictures of me with my new car and wishing me well and thanking me for working with him. The next day he sent me tutorial emails making sure that I was having a seamless transition with the vehicle and new technology I was not accustomed to.
