It's 1983 and I'm still in High School. I started working with my Father who was a Used Car Manager for Cobbledick Buick in Shaker Hts as a lot porter. After graduation, I took on a full-time role with the dealership allowing me to work in Service/Parts/Body shop/New & Used Cars. Ultimately began my career in Sales. In 1993 I started at Klaben Ford. I was able to build a strong customer base and moved up to a management role in the leasing department. In 2005 I moved across the street to Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I found the change exciting that has now led me to be a store manager. I’ve been with Klaben Auto Stores for over 25 years. A family-owned store completely committed to 100% customer satisfaction involved with our local communities, I’ll be here for another 25 years, God willing. I’m blessed to have my wife, our 4 Children, and 4 Grandkids..so far! and a super staff I work with every day. 330-673-3139 ext. 505

Disappointed with Klaben (three time return customer) Very disappointed with my vistit today...I am a three time returning customer and have bought two new Ram's in the past four years (2012 & 2014). I t Very disappointed with my vistit today...I am a three time returning customer and have bought two new Ram's in the past four years (2012 & 2014). I thought that buying a third Ram ($47,465) would have been an easy process - NOT! First, I would NEVER do business with Justin Bolan again. I called him three times in the past without receiving a return call. I then showed up in person to discuss a trade a while ago and have never heard from him again. In fact, when I was buying my wife her 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, I walked out on him and bought it at a competitor - saving over $2000 (Note: I did meet a new salesman today, Jeffery Phillips, who was very nice and appeard to be honest with me). Second, in selecting my new (3rd) Ram the numbers didnt jive. The sales manager (unknown name) somehow came up with an extra $1,527.71 and $30.67 less in payment...Dealer Games! Third, there was an advertised Ram to lease for $369.00/mo. that cost $50,300 yet the payment for the $47,465 Ram was $467.67...CRAZY! I can't imagine that the upper leadership at Klaben would agree with the way that I was treated as a three time returning customer. In fareness to Jeffery Phillips, I did offer him my number if somehow "the numbers" worked out...Time will tell and if not, then I will continue my quest elsewhere. R/S B.R. More

They never seemed pushy and they went out of their way to make sure I was getting the car and price that I wanted along with the warranty I was most comfortable with. More

Great experience Recently leased a 2016 Ram and couldn't be happier with the experience at Klaben. Gilbert Perrin was my sales associate, and did a wonderful job.
