Their prices are too high. Paid less at south hills Toyota for synthetic oil as opposed to conventional which a 2007 avalon takes. Raised the price of emissions sticker by $6. On a fixed income can't keep up with these price hikes. More

The service staff, Josh and Steve are very helpful and always extremely pleasant. My experience aside from interaction with the two of them has been frustrating and time consuming. I have been there a lot, and often for a repeat issue which is starting to seem almost unrepairable. I want out of my vehicle for something els and I’m concerned that these trips to the dealership are going to yank the value. More
