I was so happy to get my new Highlander Hybrid. I am very pleased with the Service Department. I have felt like everyone there is working hard to make my experiences great. I had a great experience. I would definitely lease/purchase another car there. The process was straightforward and transparent. I would definitely lease/purchase another car there. The process was straightforward and transparent. More

I was then told by my service advisor that its on I told the service adviser about it when I pulled in. I waited for my oil change and tire rotation. I was then told by my service advisor that its only “seepage” and they cannot fix it under warranty. He told me that is their “policy”. I was told the oil has to be “gushing” in order for them to repair it under warranty. My truck has just under 47,000 miles. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I will not be coming back to this dealer and this might be the last Toyota I purchase. More
