Steve was so helpful and incredibly kind during what could have been ((was initially)) a stressful moment for me. I wasn’t prepared with all I needed for my appointment and most places would have you re could have been ((was initially)) a stressful moment for me. I wasn’t prepared with all I needed for my appointment and most places would have you reschedule, but he sat down with me and helped explain what i needed to do, where to go, and to get it down. All that and he squeezed me into my appointment in the first place. His service blew me away. So lucky to have a great dealer and service team close by. Thanks again!! More

I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took them over 2 hours to attend to my car. They were nice enough not to charge me for my inconvenience, but when I got to my car I chec rotation. It took them over 2 hours to attend to my car. They were nice enough not to charge me for my inconvenience, but when I got to my car I checked and they never rotated my tires (I marked them before I went in). Also, this is not the first time this has happened. When I informed the desk, they acted surprised that I wanted them rotated, though it says it directly on the bill. The tires were rotated (another 20 minute delay). I just hope my oil was actually changed and the fluids topped off. I will have to check that since your service department can't be trusted. I doubt I will ever be back again since, as I pointed out above, this happened to me before at this location. I was hoping things had changed with new owners, but I guess not. Almost forgot. They didn't even wash the van. More
