Steve was great from the start. Not only did he listen to why I was there (my other car died), but he worked with me on what I would like to purchase and within the price range that I wanted. They were very busy, but Steve made me feel so comfortable. He was very accommodating. He helped me find the perfect car and in the price range we needed. I had my husband, my very pushy mother and my 2 yr old toddler going through her terrible two's! We were all made to feel right at home! After the sale, Steve stayed late and sat in the car with me to go over all the buttons and switches with me. He explained every detail and made all adjustments to fit my needs. Consideration for the seriousness of my investment was nonexistent. This changed when I took a chance and dialed RBM of Atlanta and was routed to Mr. Steve Szczupak. I made the call with no confidence at all based on my past experiences. I was impressed with Mr. Szczupak’s who’s mantra revolves around dealing with people and not cars. There was no pressure whatsoever. I had callbacks as promised and follow-ups after my purchase is still ongoing. I am a very satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Szczupak. I just purchased a 2013 GL 450 with Steve Szczupak as my sales representative. This GL is the fifth Mercedes my family has purchased from RBM. Also, he has been diligent in his follow up after the sale to insure that we know how to use the new features such as voice activation and that we received our new license plate and all documentation.
