I met Steve Szczupak years ago when he sold my daughter her first mercedes. He has continued to contact her a few times a year to check on her for any issues/questions she might have and I appreciate that her first mercedes. Recently I was in the market to purchase a new car and had decided on a mercedes C350. In a recent visit to Atlanta, I decided to talk with Steve. Long story short, I decided to order the vehicle from RBM with the options that I wanted. Because I knew Steve and the great person that he is, I wanted to have him handle my sale even though I live a few miles from a mercedes dealership in Houston Texas. As I expected, the service Steve provided was outstanding in every way. He texted me regularly to update the status of my order. We negotiated the sales price over the phone and the car was detailed and the paperwork ready when I arrived for pickup. I took delivery of my new black C350 around October 15th and it is everything I expected. Needless to say, Steve is the absolute professional and RBM is an awesome dealership. I am pleased to recommend Steve and RBM to potential customers and friends. I fell confident that your car buying experience will be superior to any previous encounter. There is no question that my next vehicle purchase will be from Steve and RBM. More

I was turned down by Hennessy Porsche (Thank goodness!!!). I will come back to Steve and RBM if ever we purchase another vehicle. More

I was referred to RBM of Atlanta and Steve Szuczpak by a close personal friend and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations. I had looked on RBM's web site and had an idea as to which car I wanted but after walking the lot I found the right car. I felt a great connection with Steve as he did not pressure me to purchase the car and was more interested in helping me find the right car. I was also quite impressed with Steve’s knowledge of the vehicle. I was also quite pleased with how quickly Chris Weatherly in finance was able to complete the paperwork and get me into the car as well as suggest maintenance packages to improve my ownership experience. After my very pleasant experience at RMB, I will certainly be back for future purchases and I will encourage my friends to seriously consider this dealership when they are in the market for a "new" or "previously enjoyed" Mercedes Benz. RBM of Atlanta exceeded my dealership experience. I was also quite impressed with Steve’s knowledge of the vehicle and the detailed level of work performed as part of the certification process. From experience, sales people have told me cars have navigation (then later I find out they don't) or they come out with the wrong keys a few times, but this was not the case with Steve. I was also quite pleased with how quickly finance was able to complete the paperwork and get me into the car as well as suggest maintenance packages to improve my ownership experience. In addition to the impecable and amiacable service I received from Steve; I was also impressed with the amount of work that went into the vehicle (brand new mats, new tires, and lot of other things other dealerships will not have replaced!). RBM goes beyond the CPO required standard established by Mercedes-Benz. After my pleasant experience at RMB, I will certainly be back for future purchases and I will encourage my friends to seriously consider this dealership when they are in the market for a vehicle. Steve greeted us as we walked into the dealership.. His warm welcome, concern and knowledge of the Mercedes products helped me make the decision to purchase my 2005 C230 Kompressor.
