I just purchased a 2013 GL 450 with Steve Szczupak as my sales representative. This GL is the fifth Mercedes my family has purchased from RBM. Steve did a great job of explaining the features of the new 201 sales representative. This GL is the fifth Mercedes my family has purchased from RBM. Steve did a great job of explaining the features of the new 2013 GLs and helping us decide on the options that were right for us. Also, he has been diligent in his follow up after the sale to insure that we know how to use the new features such as voice activation and that we received our new license plate and all documentation. Curt Cunningham has been our customer service representative for all of our RBM cars. His knowledge, experience and responsiveness when service is required has always been greatly appreciated. More

I met Steve Szczupak years ago when he sold my daughter her first mercedes. He has continued to contact her a few times a year to check on her for any issues/questions she might have and I appreciate that. Recently I was in the market to purchase a new car and had decided on a mercedes C350. In a recent visit to Atlanta, I decided to talk with Steve. Long story short, I decided to order the vehicle from RBM with the options that I wanted. Because I knew Steve and the great person that he is, I wanted to have him handle my sale even though I live a few miles from a mercedes dealership in Houston Texas. As I expected, the service Steve provided was outstanding in every way. He texted me regularly to update the status of my order. We negotiated the sales price over the phone and the car was detailed and the paperwork ready when I arrived for pickup. I took delivery of my new black C350 around October 15th and it is everything I expected. Needless to say, Steve is the absolute professional and RBM is an awesome dealership. I am pleased to recommend Steve and RBM to potential customers and friends. I fell confident that your car buying experience will be superior to any previous encounter. There is no question that my next vehicle purchase will be from Steve and RBM. More

So, I thought I wouldn't be able to get this purchased approved. But, it did. Not only was I able to get the car I want but also got a good APR with. I was turned down by Hennessy Porsche (Thank goodness!!!). I will come back to Steve and RBM if ever we purchase another vehicle. More

I was referred to RBM of Atlanta and Steve Szuczpak by a close personal friend and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations. I was warmly greeted as I entered the door by bright smiling Casey close personal friend and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations. I was warmly greeted as I entered the door by bright smiling Casey Hsu as she offered a cold bottle of water while I waited for Steve. I had looked on RBM's web site and had an idea as to which car I wanted but after walking the lot I found the right car. I felt a great connection with Steve as he did not pressure me to purchase the car and was more interested in helping me find the right car. I was also quite impressed with Steve’s knowledge of the vehicle. I was also quite pleased with how quickly Chris Weatherly in finance was able to complete the paperwork and get me into the car as well as suggest maintenance packages to improve my ownership experience. After my very pleasant experience at RMB, I will certainly be back for future purchases and I will encourage my friends to seriously consider this dealership when they are in the market for a "new" or "previously enjoyed" Mercedes Benz. Thanks Steve for your assistance in making the car buying process enjoyable and painless. More

He was so sincere and honest with each automobile he showed us that we felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. When we decided on the beautiful E350 coupe, he was so happy for us. His followup calls were so pleasant-he treated us like true friends. I am truly indebted to my service advisor Michael Klagge for setting us up with Steve-these are two of the finest people I have ever encountered in the automobile industry along with the general new car manager Robert. I was also quite impressed with Steve’s knowledge of the vehicle and the detailed level of work performed as part of the certification process. From experience, sales people have told me cars have navigation (then later I find out they don't) or they come out with the wrong keys a few times, but this was not the case with Steve. I was also quite pleased with how quickly finance was able to complete the paperwork and get me into the car as well as suggest maintenance packages to improve my ownership experience. In addition to the impecable and amiacable service I received from Steve; I was also impressed with the amount of work that went into the vehicle (brand new mats, new tires, and lot of other things other dealerships will not have replaced!). RBM goes beyond the CPO required standard established by Mercedes-Benz. After my pleasant experience at RMB, I will certainly be back for future purchases and I will encourage my friends to seriously consider this dealership when they are in the market for a vehicle. RMB Rocks! Thanks Steve for partnering with me on a job well done. More
