SHUPAK was truly the best. He spent over 3 hours with my wife and I on a Saturday for our first visit, and then another 2 hours with us on Monday to close the deal. He was the complete opposite of what mos wife and I on a Saturday for our first visit, and then another 2 hours with us on Monday to close the deal. He was the complete opposite of what most folks think of as a car salesman - he was genuinely concerned about our wants and needs, never once pushing us towards something that wasn't for us and never once pushing us to make a quick deal. I now know why so many Mercedes drivers are both Mercedes drivers for life and RBM buyers for life - the experience was truly enjoyable and I'm already excited to get back in there after my lease expires to check out the next crop. Thanks to Steve, I'm in a beautiful car and really feel great about it. Not only that, I have the utmost confidence that every prospective buyer who meets with Steve will feel the same way I do. Making a major purchase is not easy, particularly a car (so many choices). Working with Steve at RBM was a delight! Steve never tried to push us in any one direction, but was great at answering questions and helping us sort out the pros and cons of the available choices.
