Making a major purchase is not easy, particularly a car (so many choices). Working with Steve at RBM was a delight! We were looking at a number of different cars (Mercedes, Lexus, etc.) and a number of d (so many choices). Working with Steve at RBM was a delight! We were looking at a number of different cars (Mercedes, Lexus, etc.) and a number of different options (new vs. used, etc.), but we kept coming back to the Mercedes and to RBM & Steve. Steve never tried to push us in any one direction, but was great at answering questions and helping us sort out the pros and cons of the available choices. Steve is warm and funny: working with him felt like working with a friend. No high pressure sales tactics. We look forward to many years with our new Mercedes! More

I have been to see Steve at RBM several times over the past six weeks and he was great to work with, very friendly and no pressure, always helpful. Sales associate was very knowledgeable about this product. He went out of his way to make me and wife comfortable with buying a car at the dealer. Steve S. was recommended to us by a friend in the car business. We had dealt with anouther Mercedes dealer, and had been looking for months for a car; but they never came through. Initially we were loo business. We had dealt with anouther Mercedes dealer, and had been looking for months for a car; but they never came through. Initially we were looking at a used car, but Steve listened to our concerns about warranty. Witihin a day he found us a new car, loaded to our specs, for a great price. He even delivered the car to our house at 8pm; and spent 2 hours going through all the functions. I have never expereinced service that outstanding in my life. More
