Videon is by far the very best overall dealership I have done business with, which is why I have bought 4 from them in the last few years ( My last purchase a 2015 RAM last week ). My sales person Phil Snyder was excellent. He is very knowledgable about the products he sells, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. I could tell he genuinely cares, and wasn't just going through the motions. Jim Ballezzi was instrumental in getting my deal done, could not have done it without him. Thanks Jim!!! Allsison in the finance department was great going over my lease. Steve Videon - the owner is routinely on the showroom floor and thanked me personally for my business. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 6 weeks ago. I had a great experience purchasing the car from Nick – they took great care of me and really made me feel valued as a customer at the date of purchase. They delivered that same great service again when my “new” car broke down in Asheville, NC two weeks ago. My Jeep started to overheat coming through the mountains late on a Saturday night. After getting it to a local service center first thing on Sunday morning I came to find out that I had a cracked radiator. Obviously, that news was not received very well and I was nothing short of furious! The local Jeep Dealership was not open, neither was Videon, but Videon did have a text service on their website. My girlfriend shot off a text message, we explained that it was an emergency and needed a phone call immediately. We received a phone call from one of their managers, Jim, on a Sunday afternoon as he was grocery shopping with his wife! He took some time with us and let us know that he would have someone reach out first thing Monday morning. My girlfriend and I had to get home by Monday and could not stay in NC until the car was fixed. We took a huge gamble and rented a car, drove home, and decided to go talk to Videon directly on Monday morning. We sat with the owner, Steve Videon, and again, he could not have been more helpful. Steve told me to get him all of the receipts from our trip and he would get them taken care of for us and he would send someone down to drive my car back for me. He delivered that resolution before I ever had to ask for it. Steve and the rest of the Videon team understood how stressful our weekend had been and made sure to do their best to remove the stress from the rest of the process. I was given a rental for the week, reimbursed for my expenses, and again – felt like a priority to Videon. I can say with a smile on my face that the team at Videon not only gained a customer for life, but they also gained a very vocal advocate that will send as many people to them as possible. Thank you for making an extremely stressful experience as close to stress free as possible! More

I am a very picky customer that knew exactly what I wanted, and Nick was able to work with us to find me a gorgeous Grand Cherokee that was the right color, the right options, the right year, AND fit into our budget! He was not pushy, overbearing, nor did he ignore me, to speak only with my fiancé, an issue we commonly faced at other dealerships, which really irritates me. Nick has spent the time to ensure we could get an amazing Jeep for our tight budget. He didn't treat us any differently because of our tighter budget, he spent the time, and worked with us to make sure the Grand Cherokee we wanted would fit our budget. He didn't try to push us to a vehicle that wasn't what we wanted just to close the sale either. He is funny, easy to work with, upfront, personable, and made us feel comfortable, that he was not just working to sell a Jeep, but working to get us the best vehicle. He did suggest others, but when we turned them down, he was ok with that. After having gone to several other Jeep dealerships in the area, we really saw the positive difference among Videon, Miller, Barbera, Spirit, and Beans. Videon was the best experience, not high pressure, not being ignored because you're female, and a really personable, enjoyable experience with a competent, dedicated, entertaining sales rep! I honestly would recommend Nick and Videon to everyone. Also what was really nice was Steve Videon himself came over to say thank you to us, and spent some time talking to us. It was a great personal touch! That's really how it felt at Videon, they had a great selection, and it is a larger dealership, but still has the feel of a small personal dealership where you matter as the customer. Not like only the money you're spending is important, but your important as a customer!! More

I had a list of "wants" in my new car and for pricing, as well as an asking price for my trade and left a very happy customer. Paul greeted me immediately, but was professional without pressure. His manager Matt assisted with the pricing in a very efficient manner and I my trade was also appraised very quickly. The only lengthy portion of the experience was the financial paperwork, but I feel that can not be avoided. Allison was very organized and I helped us get through that part as quick and thoroughly as she could. Steve Videon happened to be on site and thanked us for our purchase, which was a nice surprise and touch. Our initial plan was to shop around at several dealerships, but it was not necessary...I could not turn down the deal I was offered. I am a satisfied customer and plan to recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future. I love my NEW JEEP! More

We were greeted in the lot and welcomed by Phil Snyder. We felt comfortable from the get go and felt no pressure. It turned out to be a very good visit with us buying a new 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. Tim handled all the financing and warranty details quickly and professionally. We were personally thanked by Mr. Videon on the purchase of the Jeep and I must say that everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very curteous. He contacted Chrysler and discussed the situation. My car was repaired with no charge. I am truly amazed when I go to dealership he seems to know everyone coming in the door. He sets up community functions which include food,fun for young and old and meeting of various members of sport teams. He runs his dealership that customers should be treated with respect. If he says he will do something or quote a price his word is always truthful. No smoke or mirrors here just a dealership that wants to do the best for you. More

The company I work for does all the aftermarket work for them, remote starters window tint, back up cameras etc. and outfitting all the police cars they sell. Our experience with them since day 1 has been spectacular. We will continue to refer people to them, they are simply the best! More
