We set up an appointment for a test drive with NO intention of buying that day, but when I got there I saw a friendly face in my salesman, Steve Warren and his coworker Greg Cohen from a past encounter. Everyone was ready to help point me in the right direction. After my test drive I knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle and with Steve's help, along with Stephanie in the Finance Department we were able to reach an agreement, finalize the sale, AND find a great insurance quote by the end of the day. I was able to drive off the lot with my Certified Pre-Owned Tiguan before the end of business hours. I couldn't be happier with the effort that the entire Colonial Team put into making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my buying experience. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in helping me get a great deal and enabling me to purchase the SUV I've been wanting for a long time. Not only is Colonial Medford's pricing spot on, but their staff is impressive. I worked with Steve Warren, Jason Giacoppo, and Stephanie Trevisone. All three were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Steve was very kind and easy to work with. After we agreed to a deal, he was super helpful in facilitating the closing details (getting the vehicle insured, registered with plates, finalizing a trade- all of the things that could have made for a big ordeal). Stephanie was also enthusiastic and efficient. It made the financing paperwork quick and painless. She was very good at breaking down options with visual aids, which I found especially helpful. Jason fielded my initial call and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. After the deal, he was able to expedite the trade-in process by instructing me through my paperwork questions. He set realistic timeline expectations, but definitely put in some extra legwork to finalize the trade as soon as possible. I really appreciate the time that the staff put in to end my-otherwise miserable (at other dealerships)- car buying experience on a positive note!
