Vehicle NOT repaired and left dirty This is the 2nd time in a one week period we had our Vehicle on for repair on the same problem. Both times we drove away with no change to the proble This is the 2nd time in a one week period we had our Vehicle on for repair on the same problem. Both times we drove away with no change to the problem, in fact it is worse. The car had grease on the door panel, driver and passenger seats and driver threshold. We were not provided with compete results of the tests performed. We were told the issue was escalated to Ford's technical department who has acknowledged there is a known issue and is working on a solution but no timeline was provided. It is unacceptable that a vehicle with a problem cannot be fixed. More

Horrible Dropped my truck off for an oil change, tire rotation, and for recalls I was told would take hours to correct. They called me 2 hours after I dropped my vehicle off to tell me it was ready, which did not seem like nearly enough time. My tires we’re not even checked, much less rotated. One tire was left so low that I had to stop on my way home to put air in it. I am not even confident my oil was actually changed since everything else that they signed off on as “completed” was never actually touched. I called to ask if there was a mistake and to give them the opportunity to correct the issues, but it has been 3 days and no one has called me back. I paid for an oil change that was probably never completed and they cannot even call me back to let me know if my vehicle was actually checked for safety concerns. More

Ford of port Richey is wonderful. They took very good care of us on Saturday and fixed the problem of the rear windows not closing all the way when the convertible top was put back up. Excellent Would definatly recomend them to everyone. Bought a truck at bankruptcy auction. Spent 10 months working on it off and on. Abs, air bag, windshield, Would definatly recomend them to everyone. Bought a truck at bankruptcy auction. Spent 10 months working on it off and on. Abs, air bag, windshield, heater core, even rebuilt the trans. Ect. I did it all. Then I got stuck..... wife said enough. Either put it on the road or sell it. In desperation I brought it to them. They found the problem in just a few hours. Something I overlooked. They didn't make me stupid. It was so obvious. They got me out of hot water with the wifey unit. Cant say thanks enough. More
