excellent service I had a sensor go out on my ford truck and I called STEVE WOLLACK in the service dept and told him that the engine was stating that is has overheated I had a sensor go out on my ford truck and I called STEVE WOLLACK in the service dept and told him that the engine was stating that is has overheated,so at that point he told me to bring it in.I want to state that STEVE was getting ready to leave as it was after 5:00PM and he stayed late to wait on me and get me check in. I then called him the next morning and he told me to call back later which I did and that is when I found out that the truck was fixed and it was a heat sensor.I want to give a SHOUT OUT TO STEVE WOLLACK as he did a excellent job before and after the truck was fixed. More

Appt. was for warranty service. Overall I received courteous and professional service. When leaving my service adviser noticed that my seat belt needed an extension for comfort. He Overall I received courteous and professional service. When leaving my service adviser noticed that my seat belt needed an extension for comfort. He ordered one right away to be delivered via FedEx and I went back the next day for it....in and out the service bay in 5 minutes. I will be returning for an oil change and the 30,000 mile check-up for my 2014 Lincoln MKZ. More
