I called him out on it and showed him where the the plastic piece from my fender belonged. The guy had no common sense or respect for my property and from what I’ve seen is a xxxxing xxxxxx. More

While visiting my daughter I experienced a problem with my 2011 Ford Expedition. I called Ford of New Port Richey and to my surprise they said bring it by and we will have a look at it. The service advisor Matt drove the car and figured out the problem right away. I said it will probably take a few days just to get me in the shop but he said no we can get you in right now. It was 11:30 on a Saturday morning and I couldn’t believe they could get me in then I thought it would probably be Monday before it would be ready but 3 hours later they called and said it was ready. They did an outstanding job really unbelievable. More

Port Richey Ford staff are efficient ,accurate and professional.
