Service manager did not listen to me. I brought my truck in to have a computer programmed and the computer couldn’t be programmed. The part was wrong for the truck. That was Napa’s fault I brought my truck in to have a computer programmed and the computer couldn’t be programmed. The part was wrong for the truck. That was Napa’s fault and it happened twice. After the first time they tried, the service manager did a diagnostic on the truck and confirmed that the original computer was indeed at fault then proceeded to charge me. He also said he wasn’t going to charge me for the failed attempts to program the wrong computers. The 3rd computer was preprogrammed for the vin of that truck and was successful. To my surprise I was charged 3 times even after he said he wouldn’t charge me. I was also charged for the diagnostic which was not authorized by me which confirmed what I originally told him which was the original computer was the problem. Very deceiving and unethical business practice and this dealership will never get a recommendation from me. More

Ford did give me a loaner to help make life easier while the car was being fixed initially and for that I'm extremely thankful. The understanding that I am a single parent of 5 and have to have a vehicle to work and care for my kids was the biggest impact of all. Also Frank really pushed to makesure my car was covered by my warranty and cut my cost by 6500.00. The fact that they are family oriented and so considerate will forever be the reason I use their services and suggest them as well. More

bumper to bumper should mean just that instead I had to pay over 1100 dollars because the your welding broke inside my door. I will never by another ford product. Welding should last a long time not just 2 pay over 1100 dollars because the your welding broke inside my door. I will never by another ford product. Welding should last a long time not just 2 years. My 2020 car escape titanium is a Lego piece of junk. Once again I am so frustrated with the Ford company. Should of covered with your warranty, Shalander said it was a manufacturer problem. So I did a search and found out that it is a big problem with ford. Shame on this company knowing those is a problem and not fixing it. More
