I did not get the deal I agreed to sign on the car for. But since I really needed a car, I had to just go with it since I had already been there for 4 to 5 hours at this point and had the money set squared But since I really needed a car, I had to just go with it since I had already been there for 4 to 5 hours at this point and had the money set squared aside and I really liked the car. I had agreed on the standing that the sales manager gave me himself saying that I would get three months no payment and a low interest rate as low as they can get and I guess the lowest that they can get for me is 15%, which is absolutely ridiculous. At first, it was only 10%, which is what I signed on with but the next day Came in because they said I had to wait overnight for some information. I then was told that the bank denied my loan and that I would have to go with this bank through them that offered 15%. Obviously, I was pretty frustrated because it just went up 5% more. That’s a lot of interest. On top of that, the finance guy in the back was very rude to me about not wanting the warranty at first and he was just kind of putting me in a bad spotlight being that I’m a mom and I had my kid there saying well. What about this payment that you have on your car if you don’t get this warranty what are you gonna do if you were to break down on the side of the road and you don’t have the funds to fix the car up, now you’re stranded it’s only $12 more per month but the entire time I was there I was explaining to them how I was looking at the total amount not just my monthly payment $12 a month. OK it’s not that bad of an increase on my monthly but once it’s all added up together, it was like a $3200 add-on for my car which makes my loan even more, which makes it also harder to get approved at a good interest rate. But Assuming that I don’t have the money to fix the car that breaks and I have nobody to come and get me if I were to breakdown . Honestly, it was just a bad experience altogether when I was finishing up at the end. I will say I also have my brother there with me and this guy was just giving a very bad attitude towards us because when we denied it that night, he was just kind of angry with us like he didn’t wanna deal with us anymore, which was pretty uncomfortable for me Which made it harder to go there the next day again without my brother there this time. The car is nice. It works, but I wouldn’t come here again. Stephen was really sweet and kind. I would like to see him again, but not at this dealership because I did not get what I was promised Along with the car. Which ideally was mostly the three months no payment So that I had time to build my credit up and hopefully look into a different financing situation. More
