Salesman and finance guy were great - nobody has autonomy to make any decisions or do the right thing. Sales managers just stare at you and say sorry. I can’t do anything. Wagoneer electronics are atrocious - check engine light came on first day, saw a customer leave crying because their Wagoneer had been in shop multiple times under warranty and broke down on hwy 75. She Said dealer wouldnt help. The Wagner we wanted couldn’t be pulled around from the other lot bc the key wouldn’t connect. Spent 10 plus hours in dealer over the course of 3 days to leave w a used expedition bc we dont trust the crystler jeep dodge brand and are too busy to continually take it in under warranty for repairs…so pretty underwhelmed by the overall experience. More
