Oil change, Tire rotation Very pleased all around, Your service area is the best that I have dealt with. Bait and Switch I called for an appointment for an oil change. I asked the girl how much for an oil change.She said 36.95 but I also was due for a tire rotation which I called for an appointment for an oil change. I asked the girl how much for an oil change.She said 36.95 but I also was due for a tire rotation which would bring the price to 49.95. I told her I had a $10 off coupon and she said to present it to the checkout girl when I paid. After I get there and the service guy filled out my paper work he gave it to me to sign. The price was $60. I told him that couldn't be correct as I was quoted 49.95. He mumbled something about charging to get rid of the old oil and something else. I didn't buy that Brooklyn Bridge but what could I do. Told me it would be an hour was well over an hour and a half. As I was paying the bill I gave the girl coupon and she said I had to do that with service person. Told her that is now what I was told. Service guy comes back up and the bill has changed again back to what I was told originally. I believe you have a crooked operation there. That is not the first time I feel I have been cheated. Needless to say I will not be coming back! More

Repair and rental I have always had great service with John Paul’s. Steve in the service department has never let me down! He explains things to me so I can understand I have always had great service with John Paul’s. Steve in the service department has never let me down! If they need my vehicle longer than expected they have always found me A way of transportation. they have always been easy for me to get in and never any hassles! I also had an extra item added to my car and it was reasonably priced. I will continue to work with Steve and John Paul’s and would recommend them to anyone. More

Dealer has no clue about data security or integrity. I have advised this dealer several times that the car that I currently own and the data of another customer got transposed and I am getting updates an I have advised this dealer several times that the car that I currently own and the data of another customer got transposed and I am getting updates and reminders for that customer. I can't believe that I am the only customer who has ever taken a vehicle back to the same dealer as the prior owner. The assured me that they fixed the problem but it continues through today. More
