Steve Cox was very friendly and worked with us to help us get the deal and the car we wanted. I had heard a lot of bad reviews about Allan Nott Honda and their dealings. Well I can tell you straight up, right from the horse's mouth it was the best experience my wife and I have ever had in buying a car. They have won me over, which isn't easy. Robert Kneeland Jr. did a great job going through the workings of the vehicle. All in all, the people at Allan Nott Honda exceeded my expectations. Everyone and I mean everyone was polite and went out of their way to assist us in whatever we needed. My congratulations to Allan Nott Honda for a job well done. More

I went into the dealership looking for the Electric Honda Clarity and bought a Hybrid Toyota Prius. I believe the Prius is going to be my favorite car ever. It has everything anyone could want. It’s obvious that Allan Nott employees have been hired and trained to work toward excellence together. I want to name names here. 1. Steve Cox - graciously interviewed me to see what I wanted and needed, then introduced me to Joyce Walter when I asked if any women were working there. Steve is extremely pleasant. He stayed aware of my progress throughout the process. 2. Joyce Walter - spent hours facilitating test drives of all electric & hybrid models on lot for me. Some more than once. Joyce understands & teaches Honda/Toyota technology in common-folk language. She takes pride in her work. She is delightful to meet. 3. Tom Pseekos - is a very professional manager who keeps an eye on his sales people while keeping out of their way. He was present but not invasive. 4. Josh Gould - is smart about car loans. And Steve had me sign on the new fancy computer screen that shows up on the desk. So cool. Brett is always so nice to me when I bring my car in for service. Always so helpful and kind. I loved chatting with Bob Sr while waiting for my paperwork. Great story about the cops and the Porsche. Too funny! Every time I'm in that dealership, I am greeted by everyone with a smile, an offer of something to drink or whatever I may need. That's why I keep coming back. More

He took every one of my phone calls, replied to every one of my emails, and responded to every one of my text messages in a timely and comprehensive manner. He, and the Allan Nott dealership, demonstrated exactly the kind of professionalism that you would expect when you decide to buy a new car. My wife and I were greeted by an associate the minute, literally, that we would pass through the door. The dealership was a clean and bright space, and the environment was pleasant for buying a car. When it came time to finish all the paperwork, Steve, the business manager, was organized, efficient, and most importantly, polite. He took the time to go over every detail and answered every single question that I had. I could literally go on and on about what a good job Jonathan Cox and Allan Nott Honda did in helping me to buy my new car.
