oil change I went into this shop for an oil change and was impressed by th quality of service. I needed a few things and the guys there did not have a problem ex I went into this shop for an oil change and was impressed by th quality of service. I needed a few things and the guys there did not have a problem explaining to me what it was and why i needed it. They even took me to the vehicle to show me what they were talking about. It is good to know that there are still places i can go where i feel comfortable and trust that my vehicle is in good hands. More

Oil Change / Tires I'd like to thank Andrew Knox for providing me with excellent service. I needed an oil change and they noticed that my tires had a few nails in it and I'd like to thank Andrew Knox for providing me with excellent service. I needed an oil change and they noticed that my tires had a few nails in it and began to rot. They sealed the tires and had a list of suggested tires ready for me at the end of oil change. I love that I am not pressured into buying and am made into a informed consumer. I know I will be back for tires in a few weeks because I trust them unlike other mechanics. Thank You More

I am a fleet manager for a major company and I can't personally say enough about the service that Steve Dalterio and Andrew Knox render to us time after time, Quick Lane Service Center is great. However personally say enough about the service that Steve Dalterio and Andrew Knox render to us time after time, Quick Lane Service Center is great. However it's the Regular service side that I've had issues with as of late, they have been really screwing up our police cars as of late, like they are not even interested. I have brought this to the Service Manager and the GM of the place and by far Tom Flynn is the worst to ever serve in a leadership position in my view. Tom has NO regard for a valued customer and NOT once has he ever thanked for my business as a repeat customer. Everthing is fine until I start complaining about the low-level type service I've been receiving from Pacifico Ford. Just on this past saturday, I encountered the worst service experience by Sean (Advisor) as he was very rude and unprofessional and suddendly this Afro American Mechanic just comes out of no where and started screaming and hollering at me as if he was going to do some bodily hard. I mmediatelly called the operator and reported the incident. Joe (Sales Manager) was great in assisting me with my horrible customer experience. Over the last few months, the level of service by the Technicians on the regular service side has been very bad. Just yesterday, our tow service provider was dispatched to Pacifico to pick up one of our police cars, anyway he was there about hour and half because they stated that they could not find the marked police car. Lastly, the day Tom Flynn leaves the company then I will be glad to come back. In his mind we're just a another face in the crowd. Over this past weekend, I had the awesome opportunity to personally speak with Mr. Pacifico and what a treat it was, he was amazing, I made mention to him that that the entire regular service area needs a serious over-hauling by hiring some associates whom will exhibit true customer related skills to ensure that each and every customer leaves satisified.Just about right, Winner Ford is going to be our best friends in moving forward. As a mater of fact, since I've been going there I've never had a bad experience. John Glearly is the best in the industry when it comes to taking care of the customer. I was a Chief Concierge Manager with the Marriott Corporation for ten yes and has never witnessed bad associates like over at Pacifico Ford regular Service Center. More

This is the 3rd car I bought from Pacifico. Price, selection and service is excellent. My salesman, Gabi, showed me what I wanted, was able to discuss intelligently the benefits of each model accordi selection and service is excellent. I have been using Fast Lane for service and would not go anywhere else. The manager for Fast Lane is incredible; before I went to look at a new car I discussed my needs with him as well as reliability and repairs for each car I was considering. He has never steered me wrong. I will continue buying new cars at Pacifico and recommend them highly. More

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service dept.! Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a brake line that cost me a whooping $140 once I got it home. Total price to fix truck would only service dept.! Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a brake line that cost me a whooping $140 once I got it home. Total price to fix truck would only have been $40 but for some reason their incompetent mechanic cut a factory Ford line under the hood that was in perfectly good shape the bad line was by the fuel tank. So I repaired my original problem and the problems they created. Also showed up to pick up my truck only to find driveshaft disconnected and transmission linkage disconnected! Hard to believe they allow this type of butchering to go on at a dealership. More
