I would also like to mention that the service manger ( I believe his name was Steve) working on this date did a terrific job handling a situation with a very rude, disruptive customer as well. He tried to cut in front of a few customers but the service manager would not allow him to do so. Being a manger of a local business I know that these types of situation arise on occasion and I would just like you to know that this gentleman handled the situation with perfection.. More
