Amazing Dealership! I was interested in test driving two different Nissan Sentras, and was allowed to take both of them on a test drive. After I drove both of them I ask I was interested in test driving two different Nissan Sentras, and was allowed to take both of them on a test drive. After I drove both of them I asked if I could test drive the first one again. Steven was extremely understanding and let me go on another test drive. After I got back from the test drive, I told Steven I would like to buy the first one I drove. We went into his office to do the financing and I was completely surprised by how fast I was approved, and how good of a rate that he was able to get me! He went over the extended warranty and I asked if I could have the miles reduced from 100k to 90k, as I don't drive that much and it would reduce the cost of the warranty. He was really understanding and changed the miles without pressuring me to keep it at 100k. The thing that I liked the most was how quick the whole process was. The whole process, including the three test drives, was under an hour and there was zero pressure! Steven even replaced the windshield wipers for me when I asked if I could get new ones. When I bought my previous car the whole process took about 3 hours and they tried to get me to buy all of the aftermarket stuff. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will defiantly be coming to buy from them!!! More
