Steven made sure that I met the manager and assistant manager and anyone that I needed to meet in order to make me feel comfortable. It is the third car I have purchased from Steven and this dealership. It is a pleasure. From the beginning of our appointment, Steven gave me his undivided attention and knew every detail about the car and the advantages of either purchasing or leasing. He goes beyond anyone I have every met, from searching for a bracelet that I might or might not have lost in the car to making sure my gate code and garage door opener were programmed correctly. When he experienced some difficulty with the garage door, he called the company for advice and then drove to get a new battery (at his own expense) in order to fix the problem. Steven put everything else on hold, in oder to give me the best car buying experience. The dealership is lucky to have him on their staff. Braman BMW Jupiter has always been a positive experience. I look forward to my continued relationship with BMW and Steven Lee. More
