He spent four hours with me arranging my insurance, renewing my expiring registration which he did on his own. He even drove me to another dealership to return my previously leased car. He taught me how to use Steptronic on the highway , and was patient with me as he explained and set up all the features including sattellite radio, BMW assist and Bluetooth pairing. I looked at many cars and many dealerships and felt like Braman Jupiter really treats the customer differently. Steven and Cathryn are looking to build longer customer relationships with their clients. It is clear that the service doesn't stop with the sale.
