I have had many cars over the years, including other BMW's, Lexus, Mercedes etc.. Never have I dealt with a more pleasant, honest and great sales person as Steven Lee. He always answered my questions, got right back to me either on the phone, email or text. When I picked up my car yesterday, after waiting (patiently) for over 8 weeks for it to arrive, not only was Steven waiting with all my paperwork ready, but going over and signing all the fiance papers with Marlin was easy and great! Then Steven took over an hour to go over EVERY detail of the car with me and how everything worked. No salesperson has every done that. I would highly recommend him to any of my family/friends!! Steve was great as was the dealership, the only hiccup was the price of the vehicle: It was an uncommon vehicle and they held all the cards if I had been certain I wanted it so I did not get a "deal." He went out of his way more times than I can remember to make the leasing process seem effortless (to me)When I experienced a small problem with the car (missing tire valve cover) he immediately brought me a replacement.
