Steve was great as was the dealership, the only hiccup was the price of the vehicle: It was an uncommon vehicle and they held all the cards if I had been certain I wanted it so I did not get a "deal." He went out of his way more times than I can remember to make the leasing process seem effortless (to me)When I experienced a small problem with the car (missing tire valve cover) he immediately brought me a replacement. I didn't think that service like this existed in this country anymore. Steven Lee is a credit to BMW. More
