Quick and efficient! I brought my car in on a Wednesday afternoon. It was making a noise up front on the driver side, and I just wanted to find out if it would be safe to I brought my car in on a Wednesday afternoon. It was making a noise up front on the driver side, and I just wanted to find out if it would be safe to drive it out of town the next day. They got to it that afternoon and explain to me that it would not be safe to drive out of town. The service department was able to overnight the parts that was needed to fix my vehicle. And have it ready for me the very next day by 11 a.m. I was still able to make my trip out of town. Excellent work thank you so much! More

Steve M. Was Rude Approaching 30 days to repair timing chain issues under warranty, and mechanic wanted to install an engine code monitor in the vehicle so advised them Approaching 30 days to repair timing chain issues under warranty, and mechanic wanted to install an engine code monitor in the vehicle so advised them sounds like a good idea. Went in to pick up vehicle and Steve M. started to lecture me on the $2500 cost of the device and essentially rudely advised me that I better take care of it because it’s an expensive piece of electronics. Also advised me that he has been at this dealership for 17 years and the service advisor who was working for me has only been with the dealership for 6 years. Not only did he act like a jerk to me, his years of service comment seemed to be an attack on my service advisor’s knowledge. More
