Door Handle Warrenty I went for a warranty recall on my door handles. A few day later, one of the handles fell off. I'll admit I was upset, but I took it in the next day, I went for a warranty recall on my door handles. A few day later, one of the handles fell off. He let me know as soon as they found out the problem my 2013 Ford Fusion All I can say is that Steve May is a wonderful service center representative. He let me know as soon as they found out the problem my 2013 Ford Fusion. He made arrangements for me to have a loaner for the duration of the repair. He also took the initiative to order the recall part that I had totally forgotten about. Steve also went above and beyond by working with the extended warranty folks to get me my refund on the tow truck.
