He let me know as soon as they found out the problem my 2013 Ford Fusion All I can say is that Steve May is a wonderful service center representative. He let me know as soon as they found out the problem my 2013 Ford Fusion. He made arrangements for me to have a loaner for the duration of the repair. He also took the initiative to order the recall part that I had totally forgotten about. Steve also went above and beyond by working with the extended warranty folks to get me my refund on the tow truck. The sales staff have been extremely helpful in locating the vehicle I requested at the price I desired. The service staff have always fixed the problem with friendliness and professionalism. Steve May, one of the service managers makes sure his customers are satisfied and is a great representative for the dealership. I frequently recommend Noller Ford in Topeka to friends. More

Maybe They were very nice. I am trying to write this though being frustrated. I went in to have a recall checked/fixed and to receive a free oil change (fi They were very nice. I am trying to write this though being frustrated. I went in to have a recall checked/fixed and to receive a free oil change (first one is on them). I was informed that I would have to wait to get my locks fixed. Ok, I understand. They gave me my free oil change. Thank you. Where I have caution is the fact that I was at 19,000 miles on a diesel truck. I needed to change my fuel filters and change my air filter. Nothing was discussed with me. There was no “hey, in 1000 miles you need this....”. Nothing. This is preventative maintence. This is coming from the same dealer that told me “this is your first diesel truck, you need to keep up with the extra cost and maintence”. I just felt like I was a number and there was no individual atentcion to my vehicle. The people are very nice. Everybody smiled and seem to enjoy their jobs. Just very busy. Side note: I own a Buick also. Every time I went in for service they detailed my SUV. You will not get that here. More

Great service on oil & filter change and tire rotation. They were very friendly and got the work done in a very timely manner which I needed because of my schedule that day. Was scheduled for recall work at 1:00pm was out at 2:00pm. They were able to get me in and out quickly even though they were very busy.They were aware that I was from out of town and had my recalled airbag rep They were able to get me in and out quickly even though they were very busy.They were aware that I was from out of town and had my recalled airbag replaced and I was out in less than an hour,thanks to all for the quick service. Amazing!! I was In Topeka for training and had auto problems. The service department got it fixed the same day even with being short staffed. Slow, incomplete and open ended. I arrived, addressed my concerns and questions. Parts department didn’t have definitive answers for me. I was told “we’ll get it taken care of real qu I arrived, addressed my concerns and questions. Parts department didn’t have definitive answers for me. I was told “we’ll get it taken care of real quick.” 1-1/2 hours later I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, my tuner was left unplugged, my keypad code wasn’t presented to me and my seat was dirty. It was an overall bad experience. I suppose I’ll search for another Ford dealership within 100 miles even, that will and can provide better service than Laird Noller Ford of Topeka. Service staff was short and rude, parts department seemed uneducated and uninterested. All in all, terrible service. More
