My service advisor, Steve, was extremely helpful with programming my new key fob. Also, he personally showed me to the customer lounge & made sure I was comfortable which I appreciated. I was told back in January that the camera was on order. I never received a email , text or, or call telling me the camera was in . I called and found out that it was in 6 months later. Plus it took three h I never received a email , text or, or call telling me the camera was in . I called and found out that it was in 6 months later. Plus it took three hours to get my car back out of service department. This time Stephen was the writer and it was completed rather quickly. More

The service department was amazing. I had recently purchased the car so they took care of of everything as something they should have noticed during inspection and got me in and out sam I had recently purchased the car so they took care of of everything as something they should have noticed during inspection and got me in and out same day. Service was good but the sales and service depts both need to do a better job explaining the 3 year/36k mile free oil change, sounds like it can be anytime during that time frame but found out it’s not. need to do a better job explaining the 3 year/36k mile free oil change, sounds like it can be anytime during that time frame but found out it’s not. Wasn’t thrilled about driving almost 45 minutes from my house to the dealer for a 7am reservation for what I thought to be a free oil change to be told , no it’s not. More

The service department was easy and efficient to work with. They provided me options of communication by text or phone. We had car trouble in an Auburn AL. We took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership with. They provided me options of communication by text or phone. We had car trouble in an Auburn AL. We took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership in Auburn and was told it would be 45 days before they could diagnose the vehicle. They referred us to a service station close by after waiting two weeks. The service station couldn’t diagnose the vehicle. Once we called Tameron they told us 24 hours to diagnose. The car was fixed within a week due to ordering the new parts. More

I had an emergent issue and my local dealership said they could see me in three months…I called around and Steve worked me in the next day! More
