I was not happy with having to call 3x's for the same issue. It was very stressful trying to find out what was wrong with it. I had to get help from management. I don’t like that the service guys no longer meet you at your car upon arrival. Treatment seems less personal. You send out a survey immediately and there is no way for a person to know if everything is your car upon arrival. Treatment seems less personal.
