Service was good but the sales and service depts both need to do a better job explaining the 3 year/36k mile free oil change, sounds like it can be anytime during that time frame but found out it’s not. need to do a better job explaining the 3 year/36k mile free oil change, sounds like it can be anytime during that time frame but found out it’s not. Wasn’t thrilled about driving almost 45 minutes from my house to the dealer for a 7am reservation for what I thought to be a free oil change to be told , no it’s not. More

The service department was easy and efficient to work with. They provided me options of communication by text or phone. We had car trouble in an Auburn AL. We took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership with. They provided me options of communication by text or phone. We had car trouble in an Auburn AL. We took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership in Auburn and was told it would be 45 days before they could diagnose the vehicle. They referred us to a service station close by after waiting two weeks. The service station couldn’t diagnose the vehicle. Once we called Tameron they told us 24 hours to diagnose. The car was fixed within a week due to ordering the new parts. More

I drive an hour and a half to get to Tameron even though I live six minutes away from my local Hyundai dealership/service center all because Steve has superior customer service skills and genuinely cares ab I live six minutes away from my local Hyundai dealership/service center all because Steve has superior customer service skills and genuinely cares about his customers. I had an emergent issue and my local dealership said they could see me in three months…I called around and Steve worked me in the next day! More

I was not happy with having to call 3x's for the same issue. It was very stressful trying to find out what was wrong with it. I had to get help from management. At the end of the situation I was happy t issue. It was very stressful trying to find out what was wrong with it. I had to get help from management. I don’t like that the service guys no longer meet you at your car upon arrival. Treatment seems less personal. You send out a survey immediately and there is no way for a person to know if everything is your car upon arrival. Treatment seems less personal.
