Best dealership in the Southeast! I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I was only at the dealership for around 30 minutes while my oil was being changed and my tires were getting rotated, but Toyota ALWAYS offers me a shuttle anyway. I was fixing myself some tea and pastries and Steven Rhoads greeted me to ask how my morning and service visit was going. We talked for quite a few minutes and he made me feel very welcome. There was not one person I interacted with that seem happy and customer service oriented. I was very impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to friends and family. I’ll definitely be returning to get my car serviced here. More

Very patient and attentive to our wants and needs for a vehicle. Steven Rhoads was the mastermind in locating the truck we wanted. He expedited getting what we wanted, brought it in from another Fred Anderson location. Our price was one that no other dealer could beat on a new 2019 Tundra. Antwoine Taylor was our sales professional, he was quick with any answers to questions. Don is a total professional all the way with the Sales Management team. And Ryan in the Finance department has the patience and experience to answer all questions and does not rush you through the paperwork process. This is the car dealership for people that "don't like car dealerships". If you are leery of fast talking, salesman, bait and switch tactics, and cheesy antics witnessed at other dealerships. Friendliest & most helpful people work here! My cousin was visiting from Canada and needed a 70K service, and I had a recall on my Prius. Both cars needed checked out before taking a trip. We wer My cousin was visiting from Canada and needed a 70K service, and I had a recall on my Prius. Both cars needed checked out before taking a trip. We were greeted and helped by 3 people and given a loaner car because it would take about 5 hours to do everything. We went shopping, to lunch, then back to more shopping and placed bags and hanging clothes in the back. During that 5 hours, we were given updates and callbacks with answers to questions we had. After we returned, checked out with a friendly Jim Bancone and drove the half hour back home, we realized that the hanging bag and some sunglasses were missing. Thinking we had left them in the store, I had the manager running around trying to locate them. About 5:00, English Davis called me to say they had found the items in the back of our loaner. Since we lived so far away, she located Eric Peterson who lived near us, and he agreed most willingly to bring our items over to Mount Pleasant. God bless them both for making retrieval so easy and keeping us from making a second trip back. THAT is service. I won’t buy or service a car anywhere else. Applause also for Steve Rhodes, general manager, for personally arranging our loaner. Don’t go anywhere else for sales or service. These folks care and give personal service to you, not just to your car. More
