Our family was on our way through Pennsylvania from Maryland to Ohio to be with family over our spring break. When our Outback kicked out on the Penn Turnpike and we called Kenny Ross, Steve took incre Maryland to Ohio to be with family over our spring break. When our Outback kicked out on the Penn Turnpike and we called Kenny Ross, Steve took incredible car of us and our car. We left our Outback on Friday afternoon before Easter, drove the complementary loaner car they for provided us to Cleveland so we wouldn't miss time with family we don't see enough, and by Monday morning they had diagnosed and fixed the problem in time for us to get home for the kids' school the next day (the parents were happier than the kids about that). He turned what could have been a family reunion killer into an example of how good people can be to each other. Thanks to Steve, and Kenny Ross Subaru, it was the smoothest problem we've ever had. More
