Staff was wonderful. I ended up in the area almost an hour before my scheduled appt. I was prepared to wait for my appt time but the staff got to me right away. I was sent a video of the weak though of what was done on my vehicle, even a picture of the air filter showing that it was perfect and didn't need changed. Waiting area was wonderful. I had been to another Subaru dealer prior to pick up parts and it was no where near as comfortable. More

Steve saved the day! I called Kenny Ross Subaru because my car broke down on the turnpike on my way to Cleveland from out near Philly, and Steve was able to help me with I called Kenny Ross Subaru because my car broke down on the turnpike on my way to Cleveland from out near Philly, and Steve was able to help me with a tow company they trust, and to get me into a loaner vehicle to keep me moving to Cleveland while they worked on the car. They even had the car finished when I made my way home a few days later!! It’s not often I go to a dealership and find myself so thankful for doing so. But Kenny Ross Subaru knows what they’re doing, cares for their customers, and saved my business trip from ruin. Thank you Steve and everyone else involved!! More
