It took over 3 hours for express service for an oil change and tire rotation. That was just too long in my opinion. The center was busy, but I just wish someone would have told me or informed me at so change and tire rotation. That was just too long in my opinion. The center was busy, but I just wish someone would have told me or informed me at some point of the extremely long wait time when I came down. I could have made arrangements to be picked up instead of sitting at the service center for over 3 hours. I am sure there are good reasons for what happened, but I left this visit disappointed.
