I never want to have to write this, but I arrived at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment. I could see that my car was taken back within a reasonable time maybe 10 minutes. I waited and heard nothing, So at 11:15 I for my 9:30 appointment. I could see that my car was taken back within a reasonable time maybe 10 minutes. I waited and heard nothing, So at 11:15 I checked my app for my MySubaru and saw that the last time my car was started was 11:02 So I figured things were moving along. I waited longer… and more time when by. At 1:10 I went to the desk to ask about my car, it was only getting an AWD alignment. The nice young man at the counter, looked for my paperwork and could not find it. He then excused himself to look for my car. He couldn’t find it. He went looking again and apologized. He did come back to say he found it. He said there would be no charges and let me know my car was over in the lot. It still had all the plastic and paper in it from the service. I am very disappointed in the almost 4 hours it took! More
