While Steven was not pushy, he managed to convince me that I needed to buy the Camry today, rather than wait until I could pay cash in 2 to 5 days. The car that my wife and I took home had only one worki that I needed to buy the Camry today, rather than wait until I could pay cash in 2 to 5 days. The car that my wife and I took home had only one working key fob which we didn't realize until the following day. When we talked to Steven on the phone, he told me to check the battery which I did and that didn't help so we came back in and after an hour or so, were told the fob was bad and they would have to order another one. We bought the car on 02/27. It is now 03/12 and we still only have one key. I also told them on 02/27 that I wanted to pay outright for the car and not finance it. On 03/01, when I came in to get the key fob fixed or replaced, I tried to give them a check for the balance and was told they would not accept the check because they were not a bank. I asked who had the loan and they said they didn't know who it was sold to. They said I would get that information in the mail soon. Yesterday, I received some information from Toyota Financial Services and using the information and the Internet, I was able to find them, and establish an account and today, 03/12, will pay the balance off including around $150.00 interest. While I suspect I was somewhat gullible, I feel I was taken advantage of and suggest that none of my friends ever do business with Sierra Toyota. I am still waiting for a key fob for my wife. More

Was told by the salesman that they replaced the front bumper with a “brand new TRD bumper”. Noticed the bumper was not replaced and in fact was spray painted (not smooth and has bubbles), salesman said bumper with a “brand new TRD bumper”. Noticed the bumper was not replaced and in fact was spray painted (not smooth and has bubbles), salesman said he talked to the manager and was told it was not spray painted (even though they left masking tape on it). I asked him to come out to the vehicle and he would not. The next day we went to pick up the vehicle the manager came over and told us he couldn’t believe how much it cost to get a red pinstripe put on the front but would do that for us, and gave us a number to call to make an appointment to have it fixed. Once he left the salesman came back and said he told the manager it did look like crap and needed to be fixed. We assumed they were going to redo the bumper when they add the pinstripe. That did not happen. Called the people that were putting the pin stripe on, the lady said she knew the car because they painted the bumper, hmmmm thought it was a “brand new TRD bumper” Very disappointed with management would lie to their customers.
