We have bought more cars over the years than I care to think about, but this was hands down the nicest, most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had. Everyone we met was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and completely free of the usual car salesman tactics. Every question we asked was given a direct answer, so we knew exactly what we were paying for the car and what was included. Even though it was late in the day when we arrived, the vehicle we purchased was given an oil change, the windows were etched, and the tank was filled before we left. It was after their normal closing hour when we left, but Steven still took the time to give a fairly comprehensive tutorial on how to use the various features on the vehicle before we left. And he even made sure the Sirius radio was active with a 3-month free trial, so we had music for our long drive home. And he pointed out a couple of local restaurants in case we wanted to eat before we started our journey! Our experience with Mike in finance was equally pleasant and hassle-free. Again our questions were answered directly, and we were given all the information we needed to make decisions. It was all just so easy. I had so dreaded having to get a new car because the process is usually so miserable, but these guys have set a new standard for what car buying should be - a pleasure! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This is what car buying should be.

Great Sales Staff; Service is Questionable
The sales staff was wonderful and pleasant making the used car purchasing process straightforward.
The car however failed to start during a pit st
The sales staff was wonderful and pleasant making the used car purchasing process straightforward.
The car however failed to start during a pit stop due to an old battery. I do not know how the service department missed such an obvious thing. I was stranded for hours before a tow truck could give me jump-start so that I could drive back to NY.
Luckily, I bought the Ford extended service coverage, so I anticipate that the battery replacement, and any other repairs, will be covered. :\
