The certified used car side was very disorganized upon first impression. After the test drive, onto the negotiation on purchasing a vehicle, they have multiple undisclosed charges that the customer is re first impression. The prices of the vehicles are priced low because I feel it's a bait and switch type operation they run to get you in the door. After praising how nice our trade in was, then turning around and offering an extremely low offer, I feel they were saying anything just to get the sale. This entire process was in lack of better words, a half a day event, that did not need to take more then an hour. There were issues with the vehicle, enough that a (we owe) was issued and was not resolved until 28 days later and 4 attempts to schedule an appointment. It required getting new car sales personnel involved to get such a simple issue resolved. Overall the dealership held their end of the agreements but only after much diligence on our part, to make them get the issue resolved. Furthermore, although a sale was made and price of vehicles... (were agreed on).. in the future I would consider purchasing from the new car side of the dealership over the certified used side. More
