Flawless Experience from Start to Finish My wife and I knew we wanted a new Honda Accord, and we had a pretty good idea which model. Sue Doyle and I traded emails for a couple days, and then we went in to talk details. From the very beginning we felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Sue didn't try to sell us a more expensive model, she simply explained the differences in the two models we expressed interest in. From there the car really sold itself. Sue took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel like we were asking 'dumb' questions. We were quoted a good price, and given a fair amount for our 13 year old trade-in. Josh Berry was great as well. He took the time to show us all of the features of the car (and even charged my phone at his desk when he realized my battery was low) and really made sure we were happy. All in all it was a hassle-free, easy experience. I have a feeling we'll be purchasing our next vehicle from Bommarito Honda. Thanks Sue and Josh! More

Who knew it could be such a pleasant Sue Doyle and Bommarito Honda gave me the best new car buying experience I've had in 47 years of buying new cars. Who knew it could be such a pleasant and positive experience! Sue was friendly, knowledgable, and happy to answer any question or get out any color combination for me to drive. She was not pushy or demanding and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. It was truly easy to agree on a reasonable price. When she told me she would phone with updates, she did what she said. I really appreciated the way Bommarito Honda put no extras on the car, as at least one other Honda dealership I visited did, but wants you to add only the ones you want, not the ones they want to increase their profit. It was also good that Bommarito had all the colors I wanted to test drive in stock. I think it's a pretty cool way for Honda to make the basic car and then have add-ons available rather than assemble cars with "packages" for purchase. On the downside, Honda's method of building cars with limited interior/exterior color combinations or with few exterior colors other than the silver-gray-black spectrum was a bit disheartening. Josh Sedivy in finance was easy to work with as well. He inquired if I was interested in an extended warranty. We briefly discussed it and I said no and that was it. Most unlike when I bought my last car (a Toyota), the finance man got ticked at me when I said no, and snapped back, "Now I have to reprint the contract!" I had never gotten close to saying yes so it was all his problem. Nothing negative like that occurred at Bommarito Honda. I chose an Accord EX-L and am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Sue Doyle and Bommarito Honda! More

She took her time with us, ensured that we knew everything that we needed to know regarding a new car. She even took the time to program my husband's phone with the bluetooth.
