I recently had the unfortunate experience of buying a car from Planet Honda. Everything from the start was mishandled. They do not communicate with you in a timely manner !!!!! Also be aware that the sales person took my drivers license and credit card to his sales manager. He held them for several hours as we discussed the purchase. This was very concerning !! I was told that I could get them back as soon as we finished the paperwork?!?!? IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I HAVE EVER MADE !!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE NEW JERSEY CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT. More
