Susan was great, the manager appeared friendly and genuine, then came time for the documentation which is where it always gets messy and dealers lose their credibility. An error was made during origi genuine, then came time for the documentation which is where it always gets messy and dealers lose their credibility. An error was made during original down payment and I offered to put it on a credit card to make it easier. I was overcharged an extra 105 dollars by finance person. Also on original offer document that was shown to me had the Dealer Processing fee at $699.00 which is not required by law, nor was I told of this. On the sales paperwork, I see I was charged $799.00. I am still reviewing the rest. We were so exhausted from being there all day after a five hour ride to use your dealership, I and then hurried up at the end, I guess this was overlooked until the smoke cleared this morning and I had a chance to dive a hit deeper. Honest is the only thing I was looking for in a car dealer. As an update, I have contacted the dealership several times, they denied the $699 charge and insisted it had always been $799, then promised a check for $105 was being cut as we spoke. It has now been an additional week and have been told they are still looking into it, and I have received nothing. More
