We leased a Subaru in Colorado & found that team in Colorado was much more prepared for us when we came to finish the purchase as they had all the paperwork ready for us to sign.. We did the same approach with the Annapolis dealership where we made an appointment the next day to come into sign the lease paperwork. The difference was it took them over 1.5 hours before they even started the paperwork for us to sign. I found that a bit frustrating and not the great customer service we received in Colorado. More
