My husband and I visited yesterday to see our options for lease-end. Everyone was just so friendly and helpful. Susan, Steve, and Bob are just awesome! Everything went so smoothly with turning in my lease an lease-end. Everyone was just so friendly and helpful. Susan, Steve, and Bob are just awesome! Everything went so smoothly with turning in my lease and getting a new one. We are extremely happy with the incredible service and fabulous new car. Nice place and good location. Front desk staff seemed a bit pre-occupied. Immediate resolution of computer issue by sales person, Susan Cooley. Let me start off by saying our entire experience with this dealership was extremely pleasant. Susan was our salesperson and she wonderful. She went above and beyond for us. I've purchased three cars from Annapolis Subaru, and each time, the experience is amazing. It is a no hassle environment, as they do not, like some places, follow you around and pressure you to buy a car. Yo time, the experience is amazing. It is a no hassle environment, as they do not, like some places, follow you around and pressure you to buy a car. You are truly free to roam, and the staff of quick to help if needed. The entire staff do everything they can to make you feel at home. Everything is explained in detail and you know exactly what you're getting. I have worked with both Brianna and, most recently, Susan. Both of these ladies are wonderful. Joe in finance provided excellent conversation and made the entire experience enjoyable. More
