Disappointed there was no negotiation or incentives per the salesperson. Finance person was too pushy, poor explanation regarding additional warranty, dog and pony show. The best dealership experience ever! We had been looking for a new SUV since the Spring of 2019 and shopped a lot of different manufacturers. We met Susan that Spring and she was awesome We had been looking for a new SUV since the Spring of 2019 and shopped a lot of different manufacturers. We met Susan that Spring and she was awesome, no pressure, she just answered our questions and showed us what Subaru has to offer. None of the hard sales pitches, gimmicks and that Subaru is so much better then those other SUVs that we were looking at. Most of the business cards that we got went through the shredder and I saved a few for the folks who treated us well. I would rank Susan #1 of all the sales associates that we dealt with the last two years. When we decided that we wanted to take another look at the Ascent, we drove up to Annapolis and reconnected with Susan. We hadn't decided for sure on the Ascent and wanted to look at another SUV before we made the final decision. Susan and the dealership team priced the Ascent in the ballpark I was willing to pay right off the bat. There wasn't the back and forth games I've had to endure in the past. They came out with a very fair offer. We had told Susan we had one more place to go and then we'd decide what SUV we'd get. Nothing changed with her, she didn't change gears on us and try to twist our arm. She simply said that it's a big purchase and we need to get what will work best for our family. Annapolis Subaru overall was very good throughout our time there. There is another dealership that is closer to us, but you couldn't pay me to go back there. So if you're in the market for a new Subaru, go visit Susan and the Annapolis Subaru team! More
