Was NOT pleased at all. .Feel like I was scammed..I was only supposed to be the co- signer & payments were under $400 But after I signed & when the contract was sent to Ally .Feel like I was scammed..I was only supposed to be the co- signer & payments were under $400 But after I signed & when the contract was sent to Ally everything was changed and now there isnt a salesman that we were dealing with and was told Nothing we can do More

I hate getting my oil changed there. It takes so long. I was scheduled for 7:30 the first one in the door and it took 2 1/2 hours. That’s ridiculous!! I had my oil changed tires rotated some kind of module recall and the checked my turning signals. But come on 2 1/2 hours. If I hadn’t bought the service contract I wouldn’t go back. More

Not pleased. Truck sat there for 2 months before being looked at. Truck needed transmission control module. $1000 to replace, I agreed to fix it and declined the Truck sat there for 2 months before being looked at. Truck needed transmission control module. $1000 to replace, I agreed to fix it and declined the other useless $5k recommendations for everyday PM service that we handle on our own. Then I get the dreaded email that everybody in the world hates to get. "Transmission control module did not fix your problem, you need a cable and it will cost an extra $600 to replace it". Was this poor diagnosis by the tech? Was the TCM good and the cable bad and it was misdiagnosed? Were both bad and should have been presented on the 1st estimate? Nobody knows. I paid the $1000 and took a trailer to pick up my truck. I have been sending all my company vehicles to big spring for dealership repair, but this one was an exception because I didnt need the truck that week. Bad judgement on my part. More

It is the slowest service I’ve ever had. I’ve tried 3 times and only did this one because it was a warranty issue and it takes months to get something fixed.
