Such a small sample makes it harder to grade because I've only been there for 3!oil changes . Service writer Steve is great . I always requested full synthetic oil but on the customer invoice it was worded a only been there for 3!oil changes . Service writer Steve is great . I always requested full synthetic oil but on the customer invoice it was worded as synthetic blend . Hopefully it was a typo error because prior oil changes were full synthetic and won't cause an issue with the engine going forward. Steve has been with working with us from the beginning , he is professional and always does what he says . More
