I am writing to you to let you know of the Positive Purchase Experience I recently went thru at Larson Ford, and what a great team of people you have working for you. From the initial sales contact from the Internet team to meeting and working with my sales specialist and then meeting the sales manager and Business director, every step of the process was smooth and relaxing and stress free. Everyone involved was courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Over the years of purchasing new vehicles I can honestly say that this was the best to date and I would recommend Larson Ford and this team to anyone and during any conversation. My vehicle is currently having extras installed at the Quick Lane from being purchased while working with Tracy Black. The customer satisfaction follow up from Tracy and Susan Havrilla on my purchase has been thoroughly pleasant. More

Amazing! My daughter and I went to the dealership to test drive an Escape. We were just looking to test drive the car, so my daughter could keep an open mind f My daughter and I went to the dealership to test drive an Escape. We were just looking to test drive the car, so my daughter could keep an open mind for when she was ready to buy her first new car. We met Susan, who was wonderful! She took her time with my daughter and made sure she showed her only the cars that were within her budget. My daughter got a great deal and excellent service! Tracy was excellent and walked her through her lease agreement. Two weeks later I went back to Susan and purchased a Ford Edge! We will always go back to Susan at Larson Ford! More
