I was told that the vehicle would be looked at with a day or two by a technician , it was not. I was told that I would receive an update call by the end of the week, I did not receive one. It was suggested or two by a technician , it was not. I was told that I would receive an update call by the end of the week, I did not receive one. It was suggested that I tow the vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership that could get it serviced faster, so I did. The additional tow away from Mark Allen cost me an extra $200, not mention the extra week I had to pay for a rental vehicle while my car sat in the parking lot being ignored at the Mark Allen service department. More

Purchased a new car & also had an oil change done on another vehicle. Both visits were a pleasant experience. Our salesman Chris was wonderful! Very helpful in going over the different vehicles with us another vehicle. Both visits were a pleasant experience. Our salesman Chris was wonderful! Very helpful in going over the different vehicles with us, & so patient waiting for us to decide what we wanted to do. After the purchase he made sure we knew he would be available to us if we had questions later. So nice! Don’t remember the name of the gentleman who did financial paperwork but he was super! Very personable & friendly, & everything went so smoothly. Didn’t spend as much time with the Service Dept. on the oil change of our other car but everyone has been very friendly & nice! Thanks to everyone! More

I was hoping for a little better from this dealership the repair was minor and needed a smoke test to identify. Getting ahold of the service advisor was not really fun he never called when he said he would a repair was minor and needed a smoke test to identify. Getting ahold of the service advisor was not really fun he never called when he said he would and was difficult to get him to return a call. They had to order a part and reschedule but when I picked up the truck and went home I noticed there was a chip in the paint on the driver door and two receipts from McDonald’s on 141st in the passenger seat and noticed the extra miles also you could see some grease rings on the console where the bag had been set. More
