I have been using this dealer several years for my service needs on all my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali's as well as my wife's Lexus RX350. Along the way, I have had minor annoyances dealing with differing service needs on all my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali's as well as my wife's Lexus RX350. Along the way, I have had minor annoyances dealing with differing levels of things that could be categorized between incompetence to not giving a crap. Understanding that in today's post covid level of service one comes to expect, its just not as customer oriented as it was even 10 years ago. Nothing has until now become a firm deal breaker. At my last oil change I used a 20.00 off coupon and ask if it would be applicable on the Lexus. I was assured it was but after the completion I was handed an invoice for the same amount as previously charged. When I asked the service writer he explained the up charge for the Lexus filter was 20.00 higher than the normal filter they use. I have had this vehicle oil changed at this location 6 times prior and this has never come up until I use the 20.00 coupon. Today, based on my most recent previous experience, I decided to change my own oil on the GMC Sierra and have found the oil pan drain plug to be resistant to my strength of 65ft# using a torque wrench. I am assuming they are NOT adhering to their Mfg recommendation of 18ft# for this oil pan. Why am I not shocked? If mediocrity is what you seek this is definitely the place to go. More

I had a bad battery & called in to mark allen cause I always let them work on my suv which I purchased from them, well they told me to bring In Asa I can , I did & since I brought it there in 2023 I did always let them work on my suv which I purchased from them, well they told me to bring In Asa I can , I did & since I brought it there in 2023 I didn’t have to pay for a new one, thank God & Mark Allen!!!!!! Had service appt at 1130, show up tad early, was told about an hour behimd schedule. What is the point of an appt if not seen at scheduled time? Had to reschedule because that interfered with another app about an hour behimd schedule. What is the point of an appt if not seen at scheduled time? Had to reschedule because that interfered with another appt. I would think if that far behind, one would be notified. I usually do this on my lunch hour and drive from okmulgee. Very disappointed. Mark Allen Chevrolet service department is the only name and department you need to know. Service advisor Jeff Thomas is the best in the business.
