Susan Roush was very professional and courteous starting and finishing the state inspection on my 2018 Ford Escape. The inspection report showed me that the mechanic did a very thorough job as well. Most of all, because I had purchased the vehicle from the former dealership, they continued the practice of not charging me for the inspection! More
